One shop, one owner who fishes, and a stock list built from what actually works on Indian water.

[SHOP_NAME] opened as a single counter serving anglers who fished the coast either side of Kalpakkam. Word moved the way it always does in fishing — one man tells another what actually held, and the next week that man walks in.
What changed is reach, not method. The same stock that sits on the shelf now goes out by courier to anglers in Assam, Goa, Kerala and Punjab. The counter is still there. You can still walk in and argue about leader knots.
Nothing on the shelf is there because a distributor pushed it. It is there because it was fished, and it held.

Every rod on that rack has been cast. Every reel has been stripped, greased and put back together. When a customer asks which of two braids to take, the answer comes from a session, not a spec sheet.
It also means some things never make it to the shelf. Gear that looked good in a catalogue and failed on the third trip does not get reordered, however well it sells elsewhere.
Products get shown, handled and fished on video before they go on the shelf. If it does not perform, the video does not go up and the stock does not get reordered.
What you see is on the shelf. Retail and wholesale run from the same stock, so an order placed in the morning is packed the same day rather than waiting on a supplier.

Demo page — the four figures above are placeholders and are filled in before launch.
The shop floor: rods on the left, terminal tackle on the right, and the counter where most of the advice actually happens.

Hooks counted, spool sizes matched, rod tubes taped. It takes a few extra minutes per order and it is the reason the wrong-item rate stays where it is.
Buying for a shop, a club or a charter operation? Trade pricing and bulk quantities run from the same counter.
